There are two types of colored contact lenses, enhancing and opaque. Enhancing tinted lenses are transparent tints that add and brighten light colored eyes and tend to be less noticeable. Opaque colored lenses are made with opaque tints that cover the natural iris color to provide a completely different color and tend to be more obvious.
